Drake’s Lawsuit Is Heating Up

Drake is in the middle of a heated lawsuit.
Okay, so Hebrew Hustle and the estate of Jimmy Smith sued Drake for his song, Pound Cake, which was on his album, Nothing Was The Same.

Drake fired back, suing the company for using his likeness on their website insinuating that they had an affiliation with Drake.
According to Complex, the trial isn’t to be heard until later on this year, but right now, Drake is filing for evidence of his net worth be thrown out saying that it would have a negative effect on the jury toward his case.
