Drake Wins Best Rap Song At The 2019 Grammys
Drake took home the Grammy for Best Rap Song at the 2019 Grammys for his hit single “God’s Plan”.
The rapper, singer, and songwriter’s appearance was a surprise because he was reportedly not going to show up, and often blows off the Grammys.
Drizzy graced the stage in a black suit with his signature black turtleneck and a diamond necklace.
“This is a business where sometimes….it’s up to a bunch of people that might not understand what a mixed race kid from Canada has to say,” Drake said.
Drake went on to say that aspiring artists don’t necessarily need a Grammy, and then the artist was cut off.
Watchers shared positive sentiments about the rapper on Twitter.
