You know when you come across that one song that seemingly matches your frequency for the day and you just can’t stop playing it? Welcome to On Repeat inside the Dollhouse. This is a Playlist that Never Ends. It just goes on and, on my friends…

Today we have the summer 2023 Emo edition. What better way to get your hot girl/city boy summer started than by grieving the pain of relationships past and mourning your collective losses? Keep scrolling to hear some of your favorite artists pour their hearts out over dope beats.

  • Summer Walker ft. J. Cole - To Summer, From Cole

On this track Cole not only pours out his heart, he also confirms some speculation about his next project. Listen to see if you catch it.

  • Lil Durk, Alicia Keys - Therapy Session / Pelle Coat

  • Jhené Aiko, Meek Mill, Young Thug - Someone To Love

  • Tyler the Creator - Sorry Not Sorry

Tyler really pours out his soul on this track, he also manages to address questions about his sexuality while still refusing to talk about it.

  • DeJ Loaf - 100 Million

I’m just glad to see Dej Loaf back making music, but she’s definitely got something to say here.
