Soulja Boy Slams Pete Davidson On Instagram Live

Soulja Boy is coming for Kanye’s arch enemy: Pete Davidson.

A clip from Big Draco’s Instagram Live on Thursday (March 17) surfaced online where the rapper was heard defending Kanye after the alleged text messages Pete Davidson shared between him and Ye earlier this week.

“Pete Davidson, PSA! Watch your f—- mouth when you’re talkin’ to Kanye, n—-,” he began. “I don’t know who the f— you think you is but you not Big Draco. Do not talk to Kanye like that no more! Or you gone have me on your a–, n—-… The f— you talkin’ about I’m in the bed with cho wife. Boy, do not talk to Ye like that,” he continued. “Can’t nobody talk to Ye like that but me, n—-.”

“Watch your mouth, Skete,” he warned. “N—- talk about ‘I’m in the bed with your wife.’ Boy, we will come over there and mush yo little a–. Boy you better stop playin’ on the phone with some real n—–.”

“We all know Kanye is a little throw off but you can’t talk to him like that. I’m sorry, sir,” he concluded.

Pete Davidson’s account is currently deactivated and since Kanye has been suspended from Instagram for 24 hours, we will not see a response (if any) from either parties right away.

The song R&B singer Dwele and contains background vocals from Australian singer Connie Mitchell. The song was used for Charlize Theron's 2019 Dior fragrance commercial.

  Ye's "Stronger" is based on Daft Punk's song "Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger." Ye teamed up with Daft Punk and allowed him to use rap over his electronic pop beat. The lyrics, "Now that-that-that that don't kill me can only make me stronger" is from the German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche. "Stronger" won a Grammy for "Best Rap Solo Performance" in 2007 and is featured on Ye's album Graduation.

In 2008, Kanye told The Guardian that with the broken engagement to designer Alexis Phifer and the recent loss of his mother, he told the outlet the song resembled the sudden losses in his life.   "Through The Wire" samples Chaka Khan's song "Through The Fire" where Ye found inspiration for the song during a very hard part of his life. In 2003, he was in a car accident that almost killed him and the resulted in his mouth mouth being wired shut; he underwent emergency surgery to put a metal plate in his chin. During his time in the hospital, he heard Chaka's "Through The Fire" and created lyrics that conceptualized what he was feeling at the time, a new appreciation of life. "Through The Wire" was West's first single leading the way for his debut album, The College Dropout, in 2004. The song was nominated for "Best Rap Solo Performance" at the 2004 Grammys.
