Heads up, ‘Avengers’ fans: This newest trailer is going to bring you that sense of anxiety about ‘Infinity War‘ that Marvel should have been fostering all along.
If you are a comic book reader, you know that ‘Infinity War’ is a pivotal moment in the Marvel Universe. One that’s going to wreck a lot of emotions on its path.
While the last few trailers shown for the movie have been pretty sick in terms of epic battle sequences and iconic, powerful lines, this is the first trailer that is really bringing forward the path home: This could be the last movie some of these heroes are seen.
Yes, that sounds devastatingly bleak. But even with the funny jokes that are made (Can we take a side note moment to commend Star-Lord for being more Tony Stark than Tony Stark TO Tony Stark?), it’s safe to say that this will be one of the biggest epics to date for each of these teams, who are officially moulding together – i.e. Avengers, Guardians, people from Thor’s World, and more.
