In regards to the rappers with Face Tattoos, Kevin forgets to slam Post Malone, but since he won awards that night, maybe he let that one slide through the cracks.
Kevin says the following:

The joke has been around for a while now about all these rappers with Face Tattoos, saying that it’s a part of the “SoundCloud Rapper” generation, but that doesn’t make it any less funny.
