This quick and easy vegan pizza recipe is perfect for National Pizza Day.

This past year of veganism has taught me a lot. One thing is that we crave vegan versions of the same foods we’ve grown up loving.

So, I’ve been putting in the footwork on my vegan journey so you get to enjoy yours with far less pain.

In honor of National Pizza Day, I want to share my personal Easy Peasy Vegan Pizza recipe.

And if you’re not the cooking type and want to avoid the oven altogether, Mellow Mushroom has a very tasty vegan pizza you can order (just ask for extra cheese if you are craving the traditional pizza experience).

  • Ingredients

  • Step 1 - Preheat

    Preheat your oven to 425 degrees! 

  • Step 2 - Prepare Your Crust

    Brush Olive oil lightly over pizza crust & sprinkle with Italian seasoning and Parmesan. 

  • Step 3 - Spread Your Sauch

    Spread Sauce over crust, only leaving about 1/2 inch sauce free. 

  • Step 4 - Sprinkle Cheese

    Sprinkle your mozzarella on top of sauce. 

  • Step 5 - Bake It!

    Bake for about 10 minutes.

  • Step 6 - Add Toppings

    Take out pizza and add pepperoni along with your favorite veggie, and fruit combinations; sprinkle with more parmesan. 

  • Step 7 - Finish Baking

    Place back in oven for an additional 5 minute on bake. 

  • Some Extra Tips

    Remember vegan cheese doesn’t melt like dairy cheese , so you may want to broil instead of baking for about 3-4 minutes to brown more.

    Don’t overdo the heat once peperoni is added as they get crispy quickly

    Remove from oven, slice, cool, and enjoy!
