Get Fit with G-Moniy: Shoulder Shrugs
A good part of any upper body day is a good shoulder workout and with that here are some standing shoulder shrugs. I like to do at least 4 sets of 15, 12, 10, 10. Adding weight in small increments for increased shoulder work.
