Big K.R.I.T. Releases ‘Energy’ Video
Today (Apr. 10), Big K.R.I.T. dropped the video to his single “Energy.”
The Child-directed video features K.R.I.T. calling upon the energy of his loved ones.
“It’s important more than ever to show the positive energy of life,” the Mississippi rapper said about the track.
“The coming together of generations and the giving of knowledge. There’s so much power in community and fellowship. I have been blessed to share positive energy with so many people [throughout] my career. Although negativity is everywhere we must feed our souls with the positivity around us.”
The Rico Love and Danja-produced track that samples soul singer Jill Scott’s “He Loves Me” appears on K.R.I.T.’s 2018 Trifecta EP, as well as this year’s TDT project.
K.R.I.T. is scheduled to perform this weekend at Vanderbilt University.
