YSL Polo is Negatively Impacting Young Thug’s Rico Case
While the internet is running rampant with conspiracy theories of Young Thug already being released from jail and secretly living as Sexyy Red. Young Thug’s lawyer Brian Steel, is attempting to have YSL Polo removed as a co-defendant in his RICO trial. The attorney filed a motion to sever because he believes that YSL Polo’s behavior is going to negatively impact his client’s “constitutional right to a fair trial that is not prejudiced.” Judge Ural Glanville apparently agrees with that statement but seems unsure if YSL Polo’s behavior is an act. He wants another hearing next week to uncover what exactly is going on with the co-indictee. The request read:
“In support of this Motion, Mr. Williams shows as follows. Mr. Williams is innocent of all charges in the above-referenced indictment. Mr. Dorsey, a co-indictee, has displayed unprofessional and unacceptable conduct in Court, in the presence of this Honorable Court.”
Cordarius Dorsey aka YSL Polo can be seen in trial footage doing exactly what Thug’s lawyer Brian Steel refers to as “using movements with his hands.” He is also accused of “threatening the prosecutors as well as the jurors” in another hearing. Dorsey is also on trial at present for a murder case that is not connected to the YSL RICO case. In July Steel filed a motion to have YSL SB or Shannon Stillwell severed from Young Thug’s case. YSL SB was arrested during a religious ceremony that included the sacrifice of a goat.
Fans are calling this the wildest case in Hip Hop as more continues to unfold. Keep scrolling, because YSL Polo’s courtroom behavior is something better seen than described.
