Her Instagram has been buzzing since she announced her pregnancy with her second child in a post captioned, "Team boy or team girl." The initial photo in the series featured artist SZA touching Red’s evident baby bump, followed by three solo shots of the expecting rap star.

The surprise was reportedly disclosed after a live performance with SZA in St. Louis, where they performed Drake's "Rich Baby Daddy", as per Uproxx. As of Monday, the announcement had garnered over 52,000 comments and nearly a million likes. Similar reactions ensued when Sexyy Red shared a follow-up post of her enjoying a meal of ribs. Despite the mixed comments, she assured her fans on X (the site formerly known as Twitter) that her pregnancy will not interfere with her upcoming performances.

Saturday Night Live is back. The sketch comedy show had its season 49 premiere on Oct. 14 with SNL alum Pete Davidson as the host and Ice Spice as the musical guest. While Davidson is not a stranger to studio 8H, Ice Spice made her SNL debut on Saturday.

Her songs have not only just reached her fanbase which she adorably calls the Munchkins. Her song "Barbie World" with Nicki Minaj was featured on the soundtrack to Barbie starring Margot Robbie, Ryan Gosling, Issa Rae, and more. She also got to link up with Taylor Swift on the remix of "Karma."

She also had two of her songs land on the Billboard Hot 100. The Bronx rapper landed two Top 10 Billboard Hot 100 hits this year with "Boy’s a Liar Pt. 2" with PinkPantheress and the "Princess Diana" remix featuring Nicki Minaj.

For the BET Hip-Hop Awards aired earlier this week, the rapper won Best New Hip-Hop Artist. She was previously nominated for Best New Artist at the BET Awards earlier this year, but it went to R&B singer Coco Jones. Later that night, she performed "Munch," "Princess Diana," and "In Ha Mood," making it the first time she performed at an awards show.

As for her latest, the rapper released "Pretty Girl" with Nigerian artist Rema on Friday (Oct. 13).
